ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission Procedure-
· The school follows CBSE/Govt. guidelines in admitting the students and to do so, literatures & registration form can be obtained from the school-office. The child will be called (test date will be informed telephonically) for an admission test/interview depending on the class/case as no test in RTE cases after the registration is made.
· The application form, duly completed, should be submitted before admission test. The date of birth certificate and the copy of progress card of the examination last passed must be enclosed along with the form.
· The admission test will be held in two rounds. Firstly a written test and secondly an interview with admission panel will be conducted.
· The testing process in classes Nursery to II is interactive where a group of teachers will assess the child through vis-a-vis interaction/activity.
· The students seeking admission in class XI will be tested in the subjects they would prefer to opt. They need to produce original mark- sheet of class X or attested copy of the result downloaded from Internet.
· Students who are found suitable for admission on the basis of merit will be offered admission. Parents will be required to submit the Transfer Certificate at the time of admission where as in case of inter-state shifting, TC must be countersigned by the inspector of schools or CBSE guidelines. In case of any discrepancy, the admission will be treated cancelled.
· Admissions in class X and XII are not entertained if they do not fall under the purview of CBSE rules & guidelines.
The following documents will be required for admission-
1. Duly filled up Registration and admission forms.
2. Two passport size Photographs of the student & parents.
3. Proof of residence of parents (Photocopy).
4. Birth Certificate (Photocopy duly Notarized by a Public Notary).
5. Photocopy of Report card of the last school if attended.
6. Transfer Certificate from previous school if changing the school.
Fee Details
Fee Procedure:
- School fee is payable in four installments i.e., in the months of April, July,October and January from 1st – 16th of the month.
- The mode of payment can be by cheque (Local only), DD, online etc. It must be deposited at the authorized fee counter and a receipt must be obtained for the same. The school shall not be held responsible for any discrepancy. Parents have an option of paying the entire fee of the academic session in advance.
- The name of the student will be struck off from the roll if the fee is not paid on time or no attention is paid to the authorities' call.
- There is provision of late fine after due dates till one month of time & there after notice will be issued to the parents if there is no information to the school from parents side.
- Transport Charges are to be paid in two installments - first installment in the month of April & second one in the month of October.
- Fee is the matter of annual revision which will be done before the commencement of the new session, the month of April.
Withdrawal Policy
Prior information must be given to the school in case of withdrawal. The school will require minimum six working days to issue transfer certificate only after no dues clearance from all the departments. In case of transfer of parents/ guardians, you want to withdraw your ward in the middle of the session then one month’s notice shall be produced otherwise one month's fee will be charged in lieu of notice.
Withdrawal of any student is done on the basis of the following.
1. Passing out the highest class of the school, withdrawal can be done.
2. At the end of the session, giving one month's notice, withdrawal can be requested.
3. In between the session, no withdrawal is allowed. In case of unavoidable circumatonses, entire fee will be charged before issuing T.C. .
4. In case of transfer of parents, a month's notice can be submitted for T.C.
